Sunday 1st March | Kinlochard, near Aberfoyle

Join us as we start the day with a guided gravel bike ride led by our friendly and experienced guides Beth and Lynsey. We'll have 2 distance options available, both taking in the fresh air and breathtaking scenery around Loch Ard and the surrounding Queen Elizabeth Forest.

We'll then join Vicky Begg and Dr Elinor McCormack from Fit Think for a lunchtime workshop on women’s health, tailored to the peri/menopause journey, accompanied by tasty and healthy food to fuel and nourish you.

We'll finish the day with gentle yoga with Caroline, leaving you stretched, calm, and invigorated. Surrounded by the tranquility of the Queen Elizabeth Forest, this day is the perfect way to leave winter behind and step into spring feeling renewed.

Gravel Ride Options: Choose from two ride options to suit your experience:

• Shorter ride: Approximately 20km with 200m elevation gain (2hrs approx).
• Longer ride: Approximately 25 - 30km with 400m elevation gain (2hrs - 2hrs30 approx).

Both rides are inclusive, with the group riding at the pace of the slowest rider. The shorter group will take things at a slightly more relaxed pace than the longer group.
