Join us on Sunday, 11th October for a rejuvenating day of gravel adventures, gentle yoga, and restorative relaxation in the stunning surroundings of Kinlochard, near Aberfoyle.

Designed as an inclusive, welcoming space for women and women-identifying riders, this day retreat blends the joy of outdoor cycling with deep relaxation and community connection.

The Ride: Choose Your Distance Both of our guided gravel rides are strictly "no-drop" and highly inclusive—we ride together at the pace of the slowest rider.

• Shorter Ride: Approximately 20–25km with 200m elevation gain (approx. 2 hours). A wonderfully relaxed pace, perfect for taking in the scenery.

• Longer Ride: Approximately 30–35km with 400m elevation gain (approx. 2 to 2.5 hours). A slightly steadier pace with a bit more distance and climbing.

Unwind & Recharge After our ride, we’ll gather at the picturesque Kinlochard Village Hall, boasting beautiful loch views.

• Yoga: Ease out your cycling muscles with an optional, bike-focused yoga session led by our wonderful instructor, Caroline. (If yoga isn’t for you, feel free to cozy up in the adjoining room with a cup of tea or head out for an extended wild swim!)

• Lunch: We’ll share a hearty, delicious lunch of hot soup and sandwiches in the hall overlooking the loch—the perfect moment to catch up and swap stories from the trails.

The Soak

To close the afternoon, we’ll head down to the lochside to visit Soak Sauna. Enjoy a guided sweat and swim session (or just enjoy the sauna heat if you prefer to stay dry), then gather around the on-site fire pit to truly relax and soak in the idyllic Trossachs scenery.
